I built this because I kept missing calls myself.
I ran a landscaping business here in the Lehigh Valley. Most days I was out on the job with a mower running and my phone sitting back in the truck. I wouldn't hear it ring. Unfortunately, I didn't know someone had called me until hours later, and by then they'd usually found somebody else.
It didn't take me long to realize that landscapers weren't the only people faced with the same problem. It's everybody. The plumber under the sink, the electrician in a crawlspace, and the stylist mid-appointment. The work that earns you money is the same work that stops you from answering the phone — and the customer on the other end just crosses your name off their list.
So I built something that picks up when you can't.

Who you're dealing with
I'm Bryan Higgins. I grew up in the Lehigh Valley, and I'm studying at Lehigh University. Outside of work, I play soccer, enjoy going to the gym, and spend most of my time with friends and family.
I'm also super passionate about running a business — talking to people, working out what's broken, and fixing it. That's the whole reason this exists rather than staying an idea I complained about.
Why local matters
Small businesses are the backbone of the Lehigh Valley. I grew up around them, and I'd rather build something that helps the shops down the road than sell software to strangers I'll never meet.
Practically, it means you're not filing a support ticket with a call centre in another time zone. You're calling me. I can drive to your shop, I know the area you serve, and if something goes wrong I'm the one who fixes it.

We sit down and go through your hours, your prices, and the questions your customers always ask. It takes about an hour.

Nothing gets texted to a customer until you've read what it's going to say and signed off on it.

Not a ticket, not a chatbot. My number is on this site and I answer it.
