When you can't pick up, we text them back in seconds.
A missed call is usually a customer who needs something today. If nobody answers, most of them just call the next name on the list. We text them the moment the call ends, answer their questions using your own prices and policies, and book the job into your schedule.
A real conversation, start to finish
Hi, this is Ace Plumbing — sorry we missed your call! I can help right here over text. What do you need?
kitchen sink is backing up, how much to snake it?
Drain cleaning runs $189–$349 depending how deep the clog is. I've got tomorrow at 9:00 AM or 1:30 PM open — either work?
9 works
Booked you for 9:00 AM tomorrow. Can I grab your name?
Sent automatically, seconds after the call was missed.
How it works
- 1
You keep your number
Your existing business line forwards to us only when nobody picks up. Customers keep calling the number they already know. Nothing about your phone changes.
- 2
We text back immediately
Within seconds, not hours. The message names your business and asks what they need — while they're still holding their phone.
- 3
We answer and book
Using your hours, your prices, and answers you approved in advance. When something needs you, we text you instead of guessing.
It only says what you tell it to
This is the part most owners want to know about, so it's worth being plain: the system has no opinions of its own. It works from a profile you fill in, and you can change any of it in seconds.
Your prices, or no price at all
Give a range and it quotes within it. Leave it blank and it routes the caller to a free on-site quote instead of guessing.
Your answers, word for word
You write the answers to the questions you get asked constantly. It can rephrase them to sound natural, but it can't contradict them or invent detail.
A list of things it must never say
Promises you can't keep, discounts you don't offer, work you don't take. These are absolute.
It hands off rather than bluffing
Upset customer, price haggling, an emergency, or a question you didn't cover — it stops and texts you.

Things it must never say
Never promise same-day service.
Never quote a price for a water heater replacement.
Never name a specific technician.

There’s a $59 diagnostic fee, waived if you go ahead with the repair that same visit.
You see exactly what it's worth
Every missed call, every conversation, and every appointment booked shows up on your dashboard — including the full text of what was said. You tell us your average job value, and we show you what got recovered. No guessing whether it's working.

Revenue, not activity
Jobs booked multiplied by your average job value. If that figure ever falls below what you pay us, you'll see it before we do.
After-hours coverage
Calls that come in while you're closed are answered, booked, and counted separately — so you know what your evenings are worth.
Full visibility
Anything the assistant won't handle alone is flagged at the top, and every conversation can be read word for word.
Getting started
Setup takes one conversation. We ask about your hours, your services, and the questions your customers always ask — then you review everything the assistant will say before a single text goes out.
How the texting works
Customers receive a text message because they called a business using Never Missed It and the call was not answered. The reply goes to the same number the call came from, about the enquiry that person started. Each message identifies the business by name.
We do not send marketing or promotional messages, and we never message a number that has not first contacted the business. No purchased or uploaded contact lists are used.
Anyone can reply STOP to opt out immediately, or HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.
Full details are in our SMS terms and privacy policy. We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers or opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.
